BC Services Card

BC services card app is designed to help British Columbian citizens access citizen services simply and securely through their mobile devices. After setting up an account and verifying their identity using their BC services card, users can use this app to identify themselves every time they need to login to online services. The app also provides convenient and secure access to eHealth medical records, drivers licencing, school records, and more.

November 4, 2021: Federal COVID-19 proof of vaccination

British Columbians can now use the B.C. service app to get their federal vaccine passports, which will soon be required for travelling by air, rail or cruise ship.

To get a federal proof-of-vaccination card, users can log in to their Health Gateway account by using the BC Services Card app. Then the federal COVID-19 proof of vaccination will be automatically saved on the dashboard and can be saved or printed as a PDF.
