The animation system is versatile, allowing for anything to happen at any moment, with as many wrestlers in the ring as your device can handle. Players can create their own star and embark on an endless career full of possibilities, making the right moves backstage as well as in the ring. Alternatively, players can blow off steam in "Exhibition" matches of their own creation, where they make the rules, pick the players, and design the arena.

The game has button, touch, and menu controls. The button controls include A for attack, G for grapple/throw object, R for run, P for pick up/drop, and T for taunt/pin. The touch controls allow players to walk towards any part of the arena, swipe to run or trigger moves, tap the opponent to attack a specific body part, pinch to grab or pick up, and part fingers to taunt, pin, or cancel an action.
