Users can import GPX files from other applications as long as they have the same configuration as RouteHistory's GPX files. The app also offers a premium add-on that includes features such as selecting and displaying multiple logs, playback of recorded routes, and the ability to hide ads.

In addition to its basic functions, RouteHistory offers a cloud function called RouteHistoryPlus. This feature allows users to save logs in personal folders in the cloud and create group folders to share logs with multiple users. It also enables users to share their location information with others on the logging screen. Some functions of RouteHistoryPlus are available for free.

Users may encounter issues with reading GPX files in other applications. In such cases, the app suggests selecting "GPX Export" when outputting the GPX file and trying it with the output file.
