Puzzword is a word guessing game that is inspired by Wordle, Jotto, and Word Mastermind. It has loads of new features and is completely free with no adverts, purchases, or data collection. The game has 3700 words in en-GB and en-US, 2000 5-letter, 6 and 7 words in es-ES, and 2500 words in fr-FR. It also has an Emoji Mastermind Mode, puzzle modes for 4, 5, 6, and 7 letter words, and a number mode with 4, 5, 6, and 7 digit number puzzles. The game has various options and toggles, including the ability to disable letters that are not in the word, hide incorrect keys, and allow submission of non-dictionary words.

The game has a simple concept where players take up to 6 guesses at a 4, 5, 6, or 7 letter word. The results show which letters are in the correct place, in the wrong place, and which are not found in the word. Puzzword is not just another Wordle clone, as it has more word sizes and modes that change the difficulty of the game entirely. The game is entirely free and always will be, and it is child-friendly as there are no offensive words, making it a great spelling game.

Puzzword has various features, including win statistics, winning streak and longest streak stats, timer and fastest result tracking, and 9 color themes, including a high-contrast theme and “Beeber’s Theme,” aimed at different sight preferences/color deficiencies. The game is accessible by default, with a big focus on colors and border styles, accessibility labels, and touchable areas.
