There are two ways to print using the netprint app at Seven-Eleven stores. The first method involves using a QR code. Users can select the file they want to print in the app, display the QR code, and then scan the QR code at the nearest Seven-Eleven multi-function copier. Up to 10 reservation numbers can be combined into one QR code. The second method involves using a reservation number. Users can select the file they want to print in the app, check the print reservation number, and then enter the reservation number at the nearest Seven-Eleven multi-function copier. Users can share the QR code or print reservation number with family or friends to allow them to print at a Seven-Eleven store near them.

The netprint app supports printing of PDF files, photos (JPEG, PNG), and Windows versions of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint. The supported paper types for printing include regular paper (A3, A4, B4, B5), postcards (provided or brought in by the user), and photo paper (L, 2L sizes). The print validity period is until 23:59 on the 7th day after the file registration date. There is also a sister app called "かんたんnetprint" (green icon) that does not require membership registration and has a print validity period until 23:59 the next day. Users who want to print immediately can download the "かんたんnetprint" app, while those who want to print with more flexibility and time can use the netprint app. Printing fees are paid at the Seven-Eleven multi-function copiers. The app download and file registration are free of charge.
