You can easily log in with your wm.com email and password or complete first-time registration through the app. The app allows you to manage payments, including paying your bill, enrolling in autopay or paperless billing, viewing payment history, and canceling scheduled payments. You can also keep track of pickups, view pickup schedules, report missed pickups, request extra pickups, and view estimated pickup times, holiday schedules, and weather alerts. Additionally, you can manage your service account, link multiple accounts, add/view payment methods, contact customer support, and request a container repair.

The My WM app also allows you to edit your profile settings, update your communication preferences, provide feedback, and see alerts for reschedules, service delays, and general information. For roll-off customers, you can request a roll-off pickup, view roll-off history, copy/resubmit pickup requests, request removal or relocation, and edit or cancel a roll-off request.
