MMGuardian Parental Control is an app that allows parents to manage and monitor their child's phone activity directly from their own phone. The app is installed on the parent's phone and the MMGuardian Child App is installed on the child's Android or iPhone. The app is designed to receive alerts when text messages, social media chat messages, or web searches indicate safety risks such as drugs, cyberbullying, child grooming, violence, and suicidal thoughts. The app is highly accurate in identifying safety risks using AI and provides comprehensive reports covering SMS and selected social media app text messages, application usage, web browsing, and voice calls.

The MMGuardian Parental Control Child app installed on the child's Android phone allows parents to monitor and block SMS text messages, web browsing activity, application usage, and to whom voice calls are made. The app also reports chat messages from Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord. Alerts are sent if the content in a chat message appears to relate to one of nine special alert categories including sexting, cyberbullying, and suicidal thoughts. Parents can also locate their child's phone on a map, lock or unlock the child's phone with a simple button press, and set or edit configurations for screen time limits, application control, SMS block and call block, scheduled locate, and web filter.

Parents need to install and register the MMGuardian App For Child Phone app on their child's Android phone. The child phone can be linked to the parent phone app only when both are registered using the same email address and password. Both phones should have network data capability, as the app uses data to send and receive configuration commands, reports, and alerts. Subscriptions or licenses can be purchased from within the Parent App to apply to the MMGuardian Parental Control app installed on the child's Android phone. Single phone subscriptions are available at USD $3.99 monthly or USD $34.99 annually, and a 5 Year License is available for USD $79.99. Family plans covering up to 5 devices are available at twice the single phone price.
