The main features of LEBER include a simple questionnaire to convey the user's concerns to the doctor, receiving consultation results from matched doctors, appropriate recommendations for symptoms and medical institutions, recommendations for self-care at home or over-the-counter medication, searching for nearby medical institutions and pharmacies on a map, and a ranking system for doctors based on user reviews and favorites. Users can also register their family members for health management.

LEBER stands out with its chatbot feature, allowing users to easily consult with doctors. It boasts a network of over 200 doctors, making it the largest in Japan. Users can receive advice from doctors in as little as 3 minutes. The app also recommends nearby medical institutions and pharmacies based on the user's symptoms. Currently, LEBER is offering a 30-day free trial.

The app is free to download, but consultation fees are separate and range from 300 yen to 1,000 yen, depending on the level of service. The fees determine the rating and response time of the doctors available for consultation. To register, users need to download the app and provide their phone number and password.
