FlareX is a 2D action RPG that offers fast-paced action and a dark fantasy style. The game is a remake of Flare Empyrean Campaign RPGs, a classic game like Diablo. The story begins with the player being exiled from their homeland of Empyrean, resulting in them embarking on a quest to regain entry. This journey takes the player through many regions, with plenty of side quests along the way. FlareX supports a crafting system that is a major part of the game economy, creating a useful purpose for all of the extra items and gold that players will accumulate over time.

Crafting is a significant aspect of FlareX, and players begin crafting early in the game and continue doing so as their characters grow. Crafting remains useful in the end game when the highest level crafting recipes will be rolled over and over again, by players hoping to score great mods from the Random Properties in all crafting recipes. FlareX also features mini-games such as Garena(beta), where players can steal items from other players by defeating them (supports Lan and Online), Dom, a world war game style, and God (concept), an AR game (requires Camera permission). More mini-games are coming soon.
