To redeem points for vouchers, customers can visit the INAAM kiosk or the customer service desk (CSD) at any time. Once points are redeemed, the equivalent number of points will be deducted from the customer's total points balance. This allows customers to use their accumulated points to receive vouchers and enjoy additional savings on their future purchases.
