The EZ-Link app offers several features to enhance the convenience and functionality of the EZ-Link card. One of the new features is the enhanced EZ-Link Wallet, which now accepts Mastercard payments. This allows users to make safe and secure payments both locally and overseas, as well as for online shopping and subscription services. The app also provides an Express Top Up function, allowing users to top up their concession cards and even top up for friends or family in need.

Another convenient feature of the app is the ability to top up the EZ-Link card, EZ-Charms, EZ-Link Wearables, and EZ-Link NFC SIM anytime and anywhere using NFC-enabled phones. Users can also manage their EZ-Link transactions and track their expenses through the app, providing a detailed breakdown of their spending. Additionally, the app offers a rewards program where every $0.10 spent on the EZ-Link card earns points towards exciting rewards in various categories.

The app also includes features for security and peace of mind. Users can report the loss of their EZ-Link card to prevent fraudulent transactions. The app also offers an auto top-up service, previously known as EZ-Reload, which allows users to register for automatic top-ups for their EZ-Link card. This eliminates the need to queue up for top-ups and ensures that the card always has sufficient value. Furthermore, the app provides the EZ-Link Motoring service, previously known as EZ-Pay, which allows users to register for a free service that charges ERP and carpark payments directly to their bank card, eliminating the worry of fines.
