Developed by the Monroe Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to the study and practice of expanded consciousness, Expand features over 80 guided meditations that use Monroe Sound Science, a proprietary audio technology that uses targeted soundwave patterns to facilitate unique states of consciousness.
