The Easy Line Remote™ app is a remote control functionality that allows users to adjust advanced hearing aid settings such as noise reduction and microphone directionality, in addition to volume and program. The app also features the Enhanced Speech Focus* slider for changing the strength of the new noise canceller. Users can communicate with their HCP and have their hearing aids adjusted remotely and in real-time through Remote Support**. The app also provides access to Tap Control settings and other information such as battery charge status and wearing time.
The Easy Line Remote™ app offers users the ability to personalize and customize their hearing programs, save their adjustments in the app, and access status information like battery state of charge and wearing time for rechargeable hearing aids. Users can also configure Auto On when out of charger for rechargeable hearing aids, change Bluetooth Codec configuration for HFP calls, and configure Tap Control settings for KS 10.0 hearing aids. Compatible models include KS 10.0, KS 9.0, KS 9.0 T, Brio 4, and Brio 3. The app can be used on Google Mobile Services (GMS) certified AndroidTM devices supporting Bluetooth® 4.2 and Android OS 6.0 or newer.
It is important to note that the Enhanced Speech Focus* slider is only available in KS 10.0 devices. Additionally, users should speak to their HCP to see if Remote Support** is offered in their country.
