This app is designed to provide a comfortable charging service for electric vehicle (EV) and plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHV/PHEV) users, offered by e-Mobility Power. It allows users to search for rapid and regular charging spots connected to the e-Mobility Power network (formerly known as NCS network). In addition to finding charging spots and checking availability information, users can also access various membership services by joining through the app. The app is not compatible with tablet devices.

The main features of the app include charging spot search (charger map and route navigation) and availability information display. Users can also immediately join the membership services provided by e-Mobility Power through the app. For existing members, there are additional services available such as accessing membership information, charging records, charging completion notifications, billing and payment notifications, and app authentication for starting and ending charging sessions (limited to chargers compatible with app authentication).

Further enhancements and features are planned for the app in the future. e-Mobility Power took over the business from NCS (Japan Charging Service Co., Ltd.) in April 2021.
