D&D Style RPG is a text-based game that offers a modern twist on old-school DnD-style RPG games. Players can choose to play as a wizard, a succubus, a ranger, or a rogue, and make choices that affect their stats and the outcome of the game. The game is designed to be simple to learn but hard to master, with hundreds of achievements to uncover and a sense of suspense and challenge that keeps players engaged.

The game features a massive, well-thought-out story made up of over 1 million words, with intertwining storylines that span multiple characters and parallel universes. Players start off searching for glory and loot, but soon find themselves embroiled in a world of deadly conspiracy. The story continues as players switch to playing a succubus and then a rogue, each with their own personality and goals. The game is actually free, with no need to spend money to make choices or unlock content.

To succeed in the game, players must put themselves in the boots of their character and do what's best for them, even if it's not what they would normally do. This requires empathy for the character and the situation they find themselves in, making it a true role-playing experience. The game is easy on battery and storage, and can even be played offline.

The game was created by Sam, who grew up with Dungeons and Dragons and Choose Your Own Adventure books in rural Wisconsin. He left his corporate job to embark on a quest to create the best Interactive Fiction package he could, working full-time in his backyard shed for over six years. The result is a game that combines the best of fantasy writing with mobile game design, offering many hours of enjoyment for players who appreciate a good story and a sense of adventure.
