The Circuit Laundry app offers a convenient solution for doing laundry by allowing users to pay for their laundry using their mobile phones. With the app, users can easily top up their Circuit app account and then proceed to their nearest Circuit launderette. Once there, they can load their laundry, scan a machine's QR code, and select the desired program. The app automatically adjusts the user's credit, eliminating the need to stay and monitor the washing process. Additionally, the app provides a countdown feature that informs users of the remaining time until their laundry is done.

It is important to note that the Circuit app account is separate from the laundry card account accessed through the Circuit website. Users must sign up separately on the app if they have not used it before, and balances cannot be transferred between the two accounts. The app requires a Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines and display the countdown. As long as users are connected, they can monitor the progress of their chosen cycle and attend to other tasks instead of waiting in the launderette.

By downloading the app, users agree to the terms and conditions, which include a non-exclusive license to use the app and a commitment not to copy or infringe upon the app's intellectual property rights. The minimum amount for top-up credit is £5.00, and payments are processed through PayPal. Users can request a refund for partially used top-up credit by emailing the provided address, but refunds are subject to an administration charge of £3.00 and will only be processed for balances above £5.00.
