CDG Zig is a comprehensive lifestyle and mobility app that offers a range of features to meet your needs. Formerly known as the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App, CDG Zig is part of one of the largest land transport companies in Singapore and six other countries. With CDG Zig, you can enjoy an enhanced user interface and experience through the new app shopfront. This convenient access allows you to explore various features all in one place.

One of the key features of CDG Zig is the ability to book car rides. With this feature, you can easily see nearby drivers while searching for a ride and track their real-time locations and routes before and during the ride. You can also view estimated pick-up and drop-off timings. Additionally, CDG Zig offers deals across categories such as beauty and recreational activities. You can enjoy discounts and keep track of all your current and past deals.

CDG Zig also provides the option to book bus rides for private events and gatherings. You can choose from a variety of 10, 19, and 40-seater buses. Another feature is ZigRewards, a free membership program that allows you to earn ZigPoints when you book car or bus rides, make trips via the Pay for Street Hail feature, or purchase deals. These ZigPoints can be used to offset fares on car rides and to redeem ZigRewards. You can also track your current and past activities across car rides, bus rides, and deals, and send e-receipts to your email.

In addition to the new features, CDG Zig also offers existing features such as convenient taxi or private-hire car bookings, carpooling with multiple pick-up or drop-off points, sharing ride info with family and friends, and saving frequent locations for easy access. The app also allows you to make cashless payments and earn ZigPoints through the Pay for Street Hail feature. You can find the nearest available EV charger and initiate the charging process from the app. Furthermore, you can provide feedback via the app and get help through the FAQs and chatbot named Cyndi.
