The app provides easy-to-follow visual tools and video lessons to help users learn and practice CBT skills. A growing set of exercises is available to help users practice their CBT skills and share them with their clinician. The app also offers over 500 meditations across multiple themes from some of the best teachers in the world. Clinicians can assign homework using the clinician app, and clients can complete and submit them through CBT Companion.

The app offers an intuitive summary to gain insights and track progress. Users can receive awards for tasks done towards obtaining new skills or keeping up with ones they already know. The app is designed to make learning enjoyable with fun illustrations. Users have a choice of being billed monthly for $9.99/month or a discounted price of $49.99 every six months. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
