The Aterm series router can be easily set up for Wi-Fi connection by reading the "Easy QR Start QR Code" attached to the product with the app. The QR code encrypts the network name (SSID) and encryption key (password) information, making it easy to operate and secure. Aterm products that support the "Easy QR Start 2" function can perform Wi-Fi and internet connection settings with the app. The app is compatible with Android 4.4 or higher and can be used with smartphones and tablet devices that support Google Play and camera functions.

Before using the app, users should check the attached location of the QR code in the product manual and ensure that their device's camera has autofocus and sufficient resolution. If the QR code cannot be read, users can adjust the camera's position, lighting, and environment. Users should also ensure that their Aterm firmware is up to date and that the product is not operating in child or relay mode.

For the "Easy QR Start 2" function, users may need to enter their ID/password for PPPoE router mode and wait for about 10 minutes for all settings to complete. If there is an IP address conflict during internet connection settings, users should perform the settings on the Aterm's web configuration screen. In addition, users should review their settings information or reset their Aterm to factory settings if they encounter any issues.
