This application empowers senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities to implement comprehensive visitor management protocols designed to protect the health and safety of all residents and staff members. The platform offers several essential capabilities including completion of community-specific health questionnaires and submission or verification of required documentation as mandated by your facility. Upon arriving at the kiosk location, you can display your personal QR code from your mobile device to complete the check-in procedure, have your temperature measured at the station, and receive a printed identification badge without any physical contact with the kiosk surface. Users also receive customized communications regarding the latest safety guidelines and health protocols implemented by their community or facility. Additionally, you can share your feedback through a satisfaction survey before departing the premises. The system allows you to manage responses from a single account even when you have associations with multiple communities utilizing Accushield Mobile. For team members, the initial app launch requires verification of your employment status at an Accushield-partnered community. This is accomplished by providing your mobile phone number and confirming the verification code sent via text message. It is essential that each staff member's mobile number is properly recorded in their Staff Member profile within the Accushield Dashboard system. For healthcare providers, service vendors, and family visitors, the verification process follows a similar approach. You must first register at an Accushield Kiosk in person, where your mobile phone number will be captured during the check-in process. Once this initial registration is complete, you can then access the mobile application using your phone credentials. Prior to arriving at the kiosk facility, launch the Accushield Mobile application and select the Sign In option to complete your community's customized health screening questionnaire. This action will generate a unique authentication QR code specific to your visit. Upon reaching the kiosk location, present this QR code from your mobile device to initiate the check-in sequence. Your validated identification badge serves as confirmation that you have successfully completed both the registration and health screening requirements.
